Fantastic

I was on the Magic and the Fantasy before COVID-19. The service, concierge level, food was outstanding. So we decided to take another Disney Fantasy cruise with the family and we were so disappointed. I have allergies and on the other cruises the chef in the main dining room came out the first night we talked for about 5 minutes and I had breakfast lunch and dinner meals that were to die for.

Unfortunately this will be our last Disney Cruise. We booked for 10 of us, all family, and while we were thrilled to all be together, Disney disappointed. All rooms booked were large with balconies. Old carpet, peeling paint on the balcony. Bathrooms were ample and very clean. Housekeeping was great, though we found a pair of dirty socks on the floor in our room from the last family. Final

Great cruise for a family group of 7. Best service we've ever had on a cruise ship (helpfulness, friendliness, efficiency). Kids (ages 9, 6 & 2) had a blast--the older ones couldn't get enough of the club and lab and the toddler was well taken care of for a few mornings when we wanted to spend more time with the older ones. My husband and I sailed on DCL's Fantasy just this past week, and had a wonderful experience. The ship is beautiful and very well maintained. Enjoyed multi family 7 day cruise with littles. Food was excellent. Disney exclusive is 24 hour a day room service at no extra charge. Loved waking up each morning to have coffee on the veranda. Make sure to purchase length of cruise Rainforest room; where you can enjoy 3 saunas, various invigorating showers and a private relaxing room. The pool areas always clean. Plenty of activities

We choose to go on this cruise without our kids (4 in college). I was worried we would be surrounded by screaming kids but that was not the case. Our first night we did Palo (recommend first or last sea day!) and that was worth every penny. LOL the 12 year old aged balsalmic on our caprese was $119 a bottle and they were very liberal. Our room was much smaller I thought than what the pictures

Superb as we expected it would be, this wasn’t our first Disney cruise. We had our 1st experience of Disney cruising (on the Magic) with a staycation cruise out of Liverpool just as lockdown finished which gave us a taste for cruising. This was our second Disney cruise. The first one we took just before the pandemic in February the month before shut downs started. The first cruise was phenomenal. We felt like we were getting the value for our money and it was MAGIC. The second one was an awful experience. Worse than Carnival. This cruise was just me and my wife. I was surprised how many couples with out children were on the ship. Had a few complaining why aren’t these kids in school they didn’t understand it was Labor Day so if the children were in school they would only miss 4 days and seeing other part of the world is better that what they would have learn that week.
